Raffles Design Institute, Shanghai (previously known as Donghua-LaSalle Design Institute) was founded by Donghua University and Raffles Design Institute, Singapore in 1994. Donghua University is one of the '211 Project' Universities directly reporting to the Chinese Ministry of Education.
Raffles Design Institute, Shanghai is also one of the colleges under the Raffles Education Corporation group which is the largest private education provider in the Asia-Pacific region.
The College offers programmes in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design and Commerce, as well as an intensive English programme.
