职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead brand and communications initiatives to ensure that the organization offers the most
effective and relevant marketing communications, through the appropriate media, to the various target audiences which the business focuses on. The communications should aim to provide impact and differentiation in a competitive market place
2.Work closely with individuals and departments across the organization, and with external
agencies (creative, digital and media) to plan, build ideas, manage and coordinate marketing
materials and communications strategies that are most likely to succeed
3.Oversee the briefing of internal and external agencies on campaign activities, providing a
thorough brief on the audience, story and full requirements, oversee tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness in consultation
4.Understand and manage tasks needed to bring multiple projects to a successful conclusion.
5.Create project timelines and manage to those milestones.
6.Identify issues and work with the team to resolve these and escalate where appropriate, providing regular updates to senior management

2、与企业内各部门以及外部机构(包括媒体、创意机构等)共同合作,策划、管理、协调以确保企业的市场推广材料符合企业形象以及企业文化的定位;
3、参与策划企业的市场推广活动,包括目标受众的选择以及题材的策划,监督并确保企业内部的部门以及所聘用的外部机构按照策划的要求达成目标;
4、充分的理解要求并能够同时管理多个项目以达到预期的目标;
5、合理设定项目的时间进度计划并据此进行项目管理
6、发现工作中的问题并与团队共同合作及时解决问题,将工作进度及时向高级管理层汇报。
Qualifications & Experience:
1.Minimum of 8 to 10 years marketing communication experience
2.University Degree or higher
3.Ability to mix strategic thinking with practical application
4.Experience of the full marketing mix (including above and below the line, on and offline,
communications)
5.Superior writing, editing and proofing skills
6.Experience in brand marketing
7.Ability to develop brand strategies and frameworks across the entire business
8.Ability to build relationships with senior management and peers using effective and strong communication and influencing skills. Must be able to present confidently and be able to challenge others and own opinions where appropriate
9.Pro active in communicating at all levels in the organisation on a day to day basis
10.High quality standards and attention to detail
11.Must be highly creative
12.Ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams
13.Determination & persuasiveness
14.Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
15.Excellent English and Chinese writing and verbal skills

2、本科或以上学历
3、具备优秀的宏观策划以及具体落实的能力
4、具备全方位市场营销管理经验(包括线上线下及沟通)
5、优秀的文案编辑能力
6、具备品牌营销经验
7、具备整体开发策划企业品牌的能力
8、具备优秀的团队协作和沟通能力,具备优秀的表达能力以及批判性的思维
9、日常工作中能与组织各个层面主动沟通
10、对工作有较高的要求并注重细节
11、具备很强的创意能力
12、具备独立工作能力,并能带领与管理或参与交叉职能的团队工作
13、具备决策力与说服力
15、优秀的中英文口语及书面协作能力
