职责概述：

本职位旨在结合客户实际情况，以专业的方式呈现我们高端课程的优势，并为客户设计其职业发展规划，最终促成订单，完成既定之销售目标。



岗位职责：

1. 以结果为导向，全力完成集团制定的学院每学期招生指标；

2.专业有序地处理每个咨询（包括电话、邮件、在线咨询以及上门到访等；结合客户需求提供专业化的建议与咨询；

3.完成每天的日报告，包括咨询和报名，并及时输入管理系统；收集和整理报名学生所必须的材料，并及时提交；

4.团队协作，完成个人指标的同时，能够积极主动地向需要支持的其他同事提供协助，推进团队目标的达成；

5.支持其他团队举行的各类讲座，收集客户信息并进行整理和跟进，及时完成报告。支持学院举行的各类活动，提供专业的咨询服务，并展开后续跟进工作；

6.总结个人在招生过程所遇到的各种问题，向其他各部门提出有效的改善意见和建议。



任职要求：

1.国家正规大学统招本科或者以上学历；

2.至少三年以上市场、销售或者咨询业相关经验，有教育培训行业工作经验者优先；

3.优秀的沟通交流能力与演讲能力，中英文表达流利；

4.能够承受压力，并有积极主动解决问题的意识与能力；

5.良好的时间管理能力，以结果为导向；

6.良好的团队合作精神与组织协调能力。

To engage potential students in a professional manner detailing our courses to meet their needs and requirements resulting in meeting revenue targets.



Duties and Responsibilities

1.Achieve revenue and admission targets set by the school with a focus on results.

2.Provide professional advice to every enquiry from the various channels.

3.Submit Daily report in a timely and organized manner.

4.Be a team player.

5.Follow up with sales leads obtained from events and seminars.

6.Provide constructive suggestion to improve customers’ experience.



Qualification and requirements

1.A good Bachelor Degree from a recognized public university.

2.More than 3 years working experience in sales and marketing, previous experiences in education or service industry preferred.

3.Good communications skills, proficient in both Chinese and English.

4.Ability to work under pressure, with initiative and strong problem solving skills.

5.Result oriented with good time management skill.

6.Good organisation skill with an ability to work as a team.
