岗位职责：
1.带领销售团队完成并超越月度及年度销售指标;
2.激励并管理销售团队，打造一支强大的精英队伍;
3.为团队成员提供持续的培训及职业化训练;
4.负责对学院品牌进行广告宣传及公关，并负责进行沟通及网络传播等活动；
5.组织学院宣传资料的设计与制作；
6.组织、策划、实施学院的招生宣传及推广活动；
7.负责活动、媒体、合作伙伴的外联及宣传活动；
8.了解并定期进行教育市场调查及研究；
9.负责进行数据的有效分析与统计；
10.按计划完成学院的市场拓展目标。

岗位要求：
1.年龄35岁以上，本科以上学历, 学士学位；
2.英语流利，在上海工作8年以上；
3.具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力；具有市场营销团队管理经验；
4.在职业发展中具有良好的工作记录，具有良好的公关和媒体关系，对各媒体和大型活动组织具有较强的管理经验；具有项目预算管理能力；
5.须具有外资或合资企业工作经验；有教育或消费服务行业工作经验者优先，有海外留学经验者优先考虑；


Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Result oriented and sales driven.
2.Ability to lead and build an aggressive sales team.
3.Provide relevant sales training and leadership to the sales team.
4.Responsible for the school’s branding, PR and marketing activities.
5.Design and implement marketing collaterals；
6.Plan and organize student recruitment activities.
7.Responsible for promotional activities with industrial and media partners.
8.Responsible for market analysis and research.
9.Responsible for sales analysis.
10.Plan and execute marketing plans to reach revenue targets

Qualification and requirements:
1.Age : 35 years and above with at least a Bachelor Degree.
2.Eight (8) years working experience, fluent in the English language.
3.Strong communication skills required withat least three (3) years managerial role in sales and marketingwith clear demonstration of leadership skills.
4.Proven track record with strong media relation andability to manage budgets and events.
5.Experience working in a foreign or joint venture enterprise with overseas studies experience preferred but not a pre requisite. Working in the education and consumer industry preferred.
