Main Responsibilities

·Assist students in career planning, career development and placement;

负责帮助学生职业规划与发展指导及就业推荐工作

·Establish and maintain effective communications with students to understand and fulfill their needs;

负责与学生建立和保持有效沟通，了解学生并满足需要

·Identify and develop appropriate channels and recruiters for placement of students;

为学生就业推荐工作发展合适渠道

·Assist manager in completing assigned tasks;

完成经理布置的任务

·Article writing, document translating, database updating;

完成相关文字的撰写、翻译及数据库更新

·Organize events such as training session, workshop, visit, field trip, seminar, forum, etc.

组织活动，如培训，宣讲会，企业参观，实地考察，研讨会，论坛等

·Provide student and market research upon request

根据需要提供学生和市场调研工作

·Assist general CPD admin tasks;

协助CPD部门相关行政工作

·Liaison and coordinate with other departments upon request.

根据需要与其他部门保持联络与沟通

Qualification Requirements

·Experiences in related field

相关工作经验

·Experience in CV writing, job interviewing, and other job searching skills is a plus;

在撰写简历、面试及求职技巧上具有一定经验

·Other Skills: honest employee,willingness to learn and to help, team-oriented, hard worker, good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office,including PowerPoint, Excel and Word;

其他要求：诚实、乐于学习与帮助他人，团队合作精神，工作勤勉，良好的人际交流与沟通能力。熟练使用Office软件，包括PPT、Excel和Word

·\Work Experience: 1-2 and above;

·Education: Diploma and above ;

教育背景：本科及以上学历

Major: Human Resource, Administration, Education, Business;

·Language: Chinese, English with Fluency;
