Established in Hong Kong in 1851, Deacons is the oldest and the largest independent, full service law firm in Hong Kong. Beyond the firm's headquarter in Hong Kong, it has three Representative Offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in Mainland China. Working closely with the Hong Kong headquarter, these Representative Offices provide an extensive range of advisory and documentary services in serving international corporations with business interests in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The representative offices also work closely with the head office in Hong Kong to assist Chinese companies (state-owned enterprises and privately owned enterprises) in their outbound investment and business activities in Hong Kong and other parts of the world.
