Requirements:

    

- Applicants must be a law degree holder ;

    

- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in written and oral English;

    

- Ability to prepare legal/corporate documents in English and Chinese ;

    

- Willingness to travel as the position may involve frequent business travel;

    

- Applicant must be diligent, motivated and committed;

    

- Possess strong common sense and good inter-personal skills; and

    

- Previous relevant experience in other law firms will be advantageous.
