为了更好的配合我们的客户，为中国的城市建设带来更多品质卓越、可持续发展的设计作品，我们的上海分公司已于今年在静安区正式成立了。我们坚信，每个项目都蕴含着其独特的挑战和机遇，我们总是最大限度地保护自然景观，依照场地不同的地貌进行最合理的设计。我们的规划在以城市土地经济和市场学为基础的考量下旨在打造一个功能完整的既人居又人文的社区。

PWL Planning and Landscape Architecture Comp. Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm based in Vancouver, Canada. We are specialists, with over 30 years of experience in the fields of Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. Today PWL is one of Canada's leading, award winning consulting firms and has earned an international reputation as experts in sustainable urban waterfront design. We have contributed substantially to the planning and design of many of Vancouver's best known urban, waterfront communities and public spaces and have been at the forefront of some of Vancouver's most sustainable developments.
PWL has been practicing in China since 1994 working with local professionals, developers and governments on a wide range of projects from large scale community planning to the design of public parks and urban landscapes. Some of our key projects include overall site planning and landscape design of Tianjing Vanke Crystal City, landscape design for Tianjing Taida Savilla, landscape planning and design for a 3 kilometer long section of Tianjing Haihe River Front Development, site planning for Tianjin Vanke Dongli Lake and a landscape masterplan for Sun Hung Kai Sha Po North Development in Hong Kong New Territories.
This year PWL has established a new office in Shanghai's Jing'an district to help foster closer and more successful relationships with our clients and to achieve our goal of implementing excellently designed, sustainable urban developments in China. PWL believe that every site has it's unique opportunities and challenges. We always seek planning and design solutions that are unique, memorable and lasting and that serve the goals of our clients and the wider community.
In Canada we have developed expertise in the planning and design of livable, sustainable urban communities as exemplified by the award winning South East False Creek, Vancouver's 2010 Olympic Village and Dockside Green in Victoria B.C. Both built communities that achieved Lead Platinum in the Leed for Neighbourhoods category.
As a key player in the planning and design of Vancouver's urban public realm, "one of the most livable cities on Earth", we are confident that our extensive expertise can make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of dynamic, sustainable, communities throughout China
