职位描述
岗位职责：
1、承担项目的软景方案和扩初设计，使软景设计与硬景设计有机结合，表现项目总体设计风格；
2、承担景观设计助理工作，协助主创完成方案设计工作。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，环境艺术设计、园林专业等相关专业毕业，二年以上植栽设计工作经验；
2、了解中国南北方常用植物，特别是长三角地域的植物。有丰富的专业知识及工作经验，有较高的审美眼光；
3、独立设计能力强，精通并能熟练完成植栽设计项目制作流程（方案、扩初、施工图）的工作，能独立承担项目软景设计、苗木甄选并能指导现场植栽施工；
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop等相关制图软件。
