职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责日常来访客人的接待和登记工作，应大方得体，礼貌待人；
2、及时准确地接听、转接电话，礼貌亲切，简洁清晰；
3、负责公司的文件处理工作，打印、复印、传真的收发；
4、负责公司员工的考勤登记；
5、每月统计公司员工的考勤情况，并交财务部核发工资；
6、监督员工工作时间的外出流向，登记外出时间、地点、事由；
7、负责与保洁人员的结算及工作安排；
8、负责管理好公司的植物等日常维护工作；
9、负责公司各类信件、包裹、报刊杂志的签收及分送工作；
10、负责公司办公用品的收发工作，做好办公用品出入库的登记；
11、负责公司安全，每天下班前认真检查各个门窗，水、电、办公设备等；
12、统计和核实公司员工的年公休假及病、事假情况，并保管好请假条。
任职资格：
1、文秘、行政管理等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经历；
3、熟悉办公室行政管理工作流程，熟练运用OFFLCE等办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真，责任心强，为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；
5、需基本英语，普通话标准。
