· Education:
教育: 重点大学建筑设计，景观设计、风景园林、环境规划类专业本科及以上学历，有外资同类企业工作经验优先；
· Relevant working experience:
相关工作经验: 景观设计行业4年以上工作经验，有主持和掌控大型项目的环境景观设计经验，熟知施工图整套流程，能负责完成整套施工图，图面表达清晰、准确、漂亮；正确运用专业基础理论和专业技术知识、工程设计方法，对设计成品的功能性、安全性、经济性、可信性、可实施性、适应性负责；做好施工图交底，及时处理施工服务中的技术问题，并予记录；
· Computer and Language Skill:
电脑和语言技巧： 能熟练操作CAD、Photoshop, Sketchup等相关绘图软件，有能力完成景观园林方案扩初/施工图，擅长手绘表达，有外企工作经验，外语能力强者优先；
· Interpersonal/Management skills：
沟通与管理技巧：良好的沟通、协调、领导能力, 有强烈的团队协作精神和责任感；
· Personality:
个性：个性开朗，忠诚敬业，吃苦耐劳，有创新精神。

Some of our key projects include overall site planning and landscape design of Tianjing Vanke Crystal City, landscape design for Tianjing Taida Savilla, landscape planning and design for a 3 kilometer long section of Tianjing Haihe River Front Development, site planning for Tianjin Vanke Dongli Lake and a landscape masterplan for Sun Hung Kai Sha Po North Development in Hong Kong New Territories.
