现合资公司客户群几乎覆盖了国内主要主机厂;根据美国CSM公司调查数据显示，新潮集团有限公司07年在国内汽车面料市场的覆盖率为12%，08年合资后则达16%, 2009和2010年分别为17%和19%呈稳定态势增长, 2011年已达20%。
Lear was founded in 1917 in Detroit, Michigan as American Metal Products, a manufacturer of tubular, welded and stamped assemblies for the automotive and aircraft industries. Since then, we have grown to meet the changing needs of the industry with 18 major acquisitions since Lear went public in 1994.
Today, we provide complete seating and electrical power management systems worldwide. With 2011 sales of $14.1 billion, Lear ranks #189 among the Fortune 500. Our world-class products are designed, engineered and manufactured by a diverse team of 110,000 employees in 207 locations. Today the new company basically supplies all Chinese OEM’s, with a 12% share of the domestic auto cloth trim market in 2007 and 15% in 2008 , in 2009 and 2010 was 17% and 19% respectively, in a stable continued improvement trend, 2011 already arrived at 20%.
