Key Responsibility of project team is Program Management to meet all customer deadlines, get construction approval, get color approval.

Visit customer as applicable. 适当的客户拜访

Position Focus 工作职责：

1.Plan and schedule trials to meet customer deadlines.按照客户的时间要求安排试样

2.Work with design and Technology Engineers to select optimum Raw Materials and Process Route for all samples and subsequent production

与设计师及技术工程师合作来挑选原材料和流程

3.Develop robust fit for purpose products to handover to manufacturing.样品移交

4.Understand OEM specification in detail. 熟悉主机厂的技术要求

5.Ensure product passes OEM test specifications. 确保产品符合主机厂的测试要求

6.Submit test packs to OEM for sign off. 向主机厂提交测试报告

7.Submit color samples to OEM for sign off. 向主机厂提交颜色样

8.Once Business is awarded ensure a sheet is placed in the Product Launch and clear communication takes place to Technology Engineers

一旦项目确定，需在产品发布时列出一个表格并与技术工程师做明确的沟通

9.Work with Technology Engineers to handover robust product on time – 3 months before SOP

与技术工程师一起按时移交产品-在量产前3个月

10.Submit all technical documents to the customer 提交所有技术文件给客户

11.Create Handover pack for production.准备移交资料

12.Acquire in depth knowledge of all process areas深入了解各道工序

13. Warping, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing and Lamination.

包括整经、织造、针织、染色、后整理和复合等

14.Coach, mentor, train Engineers – goal is to create the Senior Engineers of the future.

Education Background/Skills/Experiences 教育背景/能力/工作经验:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Textile Engineering or related major.纺织工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

2.Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Textile manufacturing.汽车面料织造企业5年以上工作经验

3.Must be self-motivated, energetic and passionate.自我管理，充满激情和热情

4.Must be logical and good at problem solving. 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于问题的解决

5.Good command of speaking and writing English. 较强的英文听说读写能力
