职位描述
工作职责:
1.研究设计、改进生产方法和运营流程；
2.设计与改进操作方法和现场布局优化；
3.挖掘生产过程存在的问题点,并能利用问题分析与解决等手法解决问题,制作相关夹治具,提升效率,降低成本.
4.根据工业工程的要求做好工时测试，现场作业指导书，并提供改善计划.
5.对工作定额、劳动定额进行分析测定，并实施改进；
6.对物料、能源等消耗定额进行测定、改进，并进行成本控制。
7.对设备的故障率分析。
任职资格:
1.机械设计、工业工程或相关专业大学本科以上学历。
2.熟悉工艺流程设计及工作原理；
3.熟练掌握生产流程以及计划编制过程；
4.具备生产作业管理知识；
5.具有TPM基础。
6.强烈的责任心与团队合作意识.
7.熟练使用办公软件CAD操作，了解pro /E, solidwork 尤佳。
