职位描述
工作职责：
1. 与国外客户/供应商沟通，接收/发送订单及处理订单交付过程中的相关事宜；
2. 将出口订单转达给公司相关部门并跟踪订单的完成情况以保证货物及时交付；跟踪进口订单的执行情况，确保供应商按期交货以保证公司的正常生产；
3. 联系货代订舱，制作相关进出口报关资料以使货物顺利完成进出口报关；
4. 各种进出口报关费用及进口货款的申请；
5. 报表制作及相关文档的保存（进出口资料合理归档）；
6. 熟悉、掌握公司报关操作流程及公司仓库供应链系统；
7. 定期核查与监督库存状态，准备相关物料的报关计划；
8. 协助物流主管完成相关工作并与公司相关部门进行有效沟通；
9. 完成上级交给的其他的工作任务。
任职资格/教育背景：
1.国际贸易及物流管理相关专业本科及以上学历
2.掌握进出口相关流程及法律法规
3.良好的英文听说读写能力
4.严谨，细心，能承受较强的工作压力
5.3年以上工作经验，在制造型跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。
