重庆科尔本施密特活塞有限公司是上海科尔本施密特活塞有限公司的全资子公司。上海科尔本施密特活塞有限公司成立于1997年，是由上汽集团下属华域汽车系统股份有限公司、德国科尔本施密特有限公司各控股50%成立的合资企业，主营产品为汽车发动机活塞及其组件。上海科尔本施密特活塞有限公司为国内技术先进的发动机活塞供应商，获得了国家高新技术企业认证，产品除供应国内大众、通用等知名内燃机主机厂外，部分产品出口欧美OEM市场。

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
