岗位要求：

5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive business

5年以上汽车部件制造行业的设备维修经验

Babachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.

大学本科学历，机械/机电类相关专业

Good command of troubleshooting and daily maintenance of CNC

熟练掌握加工中心的故障处理及日常维护

Good command of troubleshooting and daily maintenance of FANUC robot

熟练掌握 FANUC机器人的故障处理及日常维护

Familiar with CAD drawing

熟悉机械制图

Familiar with FANUC CNC working principles and operation

熟悉发那科数控系统工作原理及操作方法

Familiar with common mechanical transmission principles and trouble shooting for the components.

熟悉常见机械传动件原理及故障处理方法

Know common equipment principles and keypoint, make WI and SOP.

掌握生产设备状态和分析方法，掌握设备的原理和维修要点，能制定有效的指导文件和说明。

Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part.  Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving.

熟悉常见品牌部件和备件的作用和性能，能够进行选型并制定和更新备件清单，掌握备件的验收和质量知识并控制备件成本。

Knowhow of hydraulic and penumatic principle

了解液压和气动原理

Good command of MS office, good team sprit and good english communication skill.

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
