Acting as an internal improvement consultant for the entire company;

3、  主导推进精益生产项目和所有持续改善工作；负责新产品及转移产品的项目开发及客户沟通，完成内部OPUS流程。

Leading the promotion of lean production projects and all continuous improvement work; Responsible for project development of new product&transfer product and communication with customer，finish the inner OPUS procedure.

4、  对车间管理进行监管，包括标准化工作、5S，和可视化管理，为企业提供必要的建议；

Supervise workshop management, including standardization work, 5S, and visual management, to provide necessary advice for enterprises;

5、  在整个企业内进行精益培训，提升关键流程的运作效率和有效性

Conduct lean training throughout the enterprise to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of key processes

Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or service.

7、Structure optimize 结构优化

? Study product requirements and design manufacturing and information systems to meet requirements.

? Develop management control systems.

? Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes.

8、Analysis and improvement  分析与提升

?Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.

? Design production planning and control systems.

? Design methods to ensure product quality.

? Resolve production problems.

? Design layout of equipment and workspace.

? Estimate production costs.

? Create sampling procedures and designs.

? Evaluate accuracy of production and testing equipment.

? Study and rearrange org charts, material flow, and operations sequence.

5 years above process working experience in automotive business。

5年以上汽车行业工艺及产品工作经验。具有六西格玛绿带证书

Bachelor degree with major in automatic engineering/mechanical.

大学本科学历，自动化工程或机械类相关专业

Good command of MS office, good team sprit and good english communication skill.熟练使用office办公软件；强烈的团队合作意识；英文良好。

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 有能力定义问题，收集数据，建立数据，并推导正确结论

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
