？ According to requirement of Shanghai HQ in the month end closing, split the month end closing target, and arrange the pre check of month end closing. 

根据上海总部结账计划和要求，分解重庆工厂月结计划，并负责结账前检查工作

？ Fully responsible for KSCQ month end closing, including cost allocation, cost center report and variance allocation, materials ledge allocation etc. 

重庆工厂月结工作，包括成本分摊，成本中心报表，差异分摊，物料账分摊等CO 月结工作

2. KSCQ standard cost maintenance, annual standard rate renew, including manufacture process and BOM updated. 

       重庆工厂日常标准成本的维护，年度标准成本费率的更新，督促工艺和ME 对BOM 更新

3. Budget, forecast and related controlling  预算，预测和相关的控制工作

？  According to requirement of Shanghai HQ, responsible for the annual budget-related work, including income, cost, budget balance sheet, P&L statement and other related statements.

按照上海总部要求制订年度预算相关工作，包括收入，成本费用，预算的资产负债表，损益表等相关报表。

？ Prepare quarterly, monthly rolling forecast reports.

准备季度，月度的滚动预测报表

？ Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year, to identify reasons for variance and propose action plan according to Shanghai HQ requirement.

按照上海总部要求，对比预算，以前年度报表进行财务分析，解释差异的原因及相关对策 。

？  Control expenditure for the project investment.

针对项目投资进行支出控制，确保项目支出的预算总额控制。

4. Reporting 报告

？     Prepare monthly internal and external reports.

准备各种月度内外部报表。

？   Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year, and to identify reasons for variance and propose action plan accordingly.

按照上海总部要求，对比预算，以前年度报表进行财务分析，解释差异的原因及相关对策 。

5. Tax management 税收管理

Tax calculation to ensure compliance with tax regulations, submit to Shanghai HQ for review and cooperate with plant GMs to resolve tax related issues.

税务申报，以确保符合税法规定，提交总部财务审核，并与工厂经理合作解决税务相关问题。

6. Accounting 会计工作

Assistant Shanghai HQ in accounting activities, including AR/AP, other AR/AP, accrual and monthly labor cost/salary booking. 

按照上海总部要求，协助 总账，应收和应付完成会计相关工作，包括其他应收，其他应付，预提费用，工资记账。

7. Audit 审计

According to the requirement of Shanghai HQ to implement external and internal financial audit.

按照上海总部要求完成内外部财务审计。

8. Bank, foreign exchange administration, tax bureau

银行，外汇管理局，税务局等的配合工作

按照上海总部要求完成重庆本地化配合工作，例如银行资料完善，外管局备案，税务局备案等。

 To complete localization work in KSCQ, such as bank information improvement,  foreign exchange administration, tax bureau filing, etc.

9. Others其他

？ Develop and implement standard operating procedures.

开发和实施相关的营运流程。

？ Responsible for new product quotation in KSCQ, provide product cost information.

负责重庆工厂的新产品报价，提供产品成本信息

？ Other task assigned by leader.

完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

At least 8 years working experience in similar MNCs working environment, preferable with MFG.

5年以上跨国公司工作经验，有制造业工作经验更佳。

University degree with major in accounting or relevant major in finance

大学本科学历，会计及财务相关专业。

Good command of overall finance knowledge. Manufacturing costing experience is must.

Proficient in using OFFICE office software. Fluent spoken and written English.

良好的全面财务知识，制造业成本经验为必须。

精通office软件，流利的英语听说读写。
