庆王府城市文化遗产俱乐部位于天津市和平区重庆道55号, 地处天津历史风貌建筑最集中的“五大道历史风貌建筑区”，为天津市文物保护单位，天津市历史风貌建筑（特殊保护等级）。

The Qingwangfu Club is located at No. 55, Chongqing Road, Heping District, Tianjin. This location belongs to the largest concentration area of historical buildings in Tianjin, which is called “Five Boulevards Historical Buildings Area”. The building of Qingwangfu is also protected as both a Cultural Relic and a Historical Building (Special Protection Level).

庆王府城市文化遗产俱乐部与毗邻的山益里、润兴里将共同打造成为集尊贵会所、餐饮休闲、住宿和会议为一体的综合社区，由国际首屈一指的私人会所管理公司CCA集团(www.cca-intl.com)负责日常运营，提供全面的、国际标准的商务休闲和住宿会议等服务。该项目将逐步发展成为历史街区激活再生的典范，张扬与展示天津软实力的城市名片，创建东西融合、兼容并蓄、低碳环保的新生活空间。
