岗位职责：1.制定并完善各项培训管理制度
2.协助部门领导完成各部门培训需求分析及统计
3.汇总各部门培训计划，跟进、监督培训结果，整理归档
4.主持人力资源部应进行的培训内容，如新员工入职培训、礼仪及服务意识培训等
5.联络外部培训人员
6.部门领导安排的其他工作
任职资格：1.两年以上同岗位工作经验
2.良好的沟通能力和协调能力
3.熟悉各部门工作内容规范及标准
4.较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力

The Qingwangfu Club is located at No. 55, Chongqing Road, Heping District, Tianjin. This location belongs to the largest concentration area of historical buildings in Tianjin, which is called “Five Boulevards Historical Buildings Area”. The building of Qingwangfu is also protected as both a Cultural Relic and a Historical Building (Special Protection Level).
