Sales Manager 销售经理
Responsible for the Clubs Sales activities
负责俱乐部的销售工作。
Responsible for selling the 10 Club Suites and 23 Residences
负责销售10间套房和23套服务式公寓。
Responsible for selling the private dining rooms and outlets
负责销售私人晚宴包房及其配套设施。
Assist to market the Club and all its outlets
协助将俱乐部及其配套设施推向市场。
Conduct site tours of Qing Wang Fu
负责庆王府景点参观
Visit outside clients and introduce new clients to the Club
拜访外部客户并将俱乐部介绍给新客户。
Report to Business Development Manager
汇报给业务开发经理。

QUALIFICATIONS 资格/资历
1. College or above degree.
大学及以上学历。
2. Minimum two years experience in the same position of hotel or Club.
两年以上酒店或俱乐部同岗位工作经验。
3. Pleasant interpretation and sales skills.
具有良好的理解沟通能力和销售技巧。
4. Good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written.
良好的中英文口语和写作能力。
5. Good communication skills
良好的沟通技巧。

The Qingwangfu Club is located at No. 55, Chongqing Road, Heping District, Tianjin. This location belongs to the largest concentration area of historical buildings in Tianjin, which is called “Five Boulevards Historical Buildings Area”. The building of Qingwangfu is also protected as both a Cultural Relic and a Historical Building (Special Protection Level).

The Club would be stimulating and improving the development of the historical district, enhancing the city surroundings, and creating a warm，comfortable　and environmentally sustainable living space.
