Fokker was created by the entrepreneurial spirit of Anthony Fokker in 1919, and was Designer and Manufacturer of the Fokker family of Aircraft during the 1920’s to the late 1990’s. Today, Fokker Elmo is an industry leader in the design, manufacturing and support of electrical systems and solutions in the Defence and Commercial Aerospace market. Fokker Elmo is dedicated to working together, with our partners, to become the Benchmark for our industry, the standard for customer satisfaction, technology, financial performance and quality in all that we do.

In 1997, Fokker Elmo China was established and it was responsible for the manufacture and delivery of electrical and electrometrical assemblies to the Commercial Aerospace Customer base. Till now it has nearly 1200 employees, and provides best results for its customer base by utilizing leading edge technology and processes. On Nov.5th 2015,Fokker was acquired by GKN, and the combination has created a top 3 independent Tier 1 aerospace supplier.

Fokker Elmo China’s involvement with the local Langfang community is something in which we all take pride.Our overall aim is to enhance the development of expertise and technology exchange and to put back into the local Chinese community wherever possible.
