职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 负责翻译、更新、完善作业指导书，如PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW等。
Final Responsibility for translating, updating and completing work instructions,
such as PO , AI, LFBC, TH53 , SAW etc.
3. 文件Documentation
评价、批准生产数据包和技术作业指导书。确保产品按照装配
Evaluate and approve manufacturing data packages and technical work instructions. Ensure products are assembled strictly with the process specified to meet customer's requirements and solve the assembly process problem promptly
4. 解决问题Problem Solving
a)根据实际操作经验改良作业指导书Improve work instructions by operation experience
b) 根据作业指导书，给操作员提供技术培训Provide technical training to operators according to the work instruction
c) 与顾客、设计团队沟通，为解决车间的问题提供解决方案。Communicate with customers, design team to confirm resolutions for shop floor problem
d)操作员的第一联系人First point of contact for operators
5. 质量Quality
a) 协助质量部门进行技术分析从而为质量问题提供解决方案Assist quality with technical analysis to provide resolutions to quality issues
b) 通过监控质量数据减少人为组装失误，并采取纠正和预防措施，以改进或纠正操作行为。Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective and preventive action to improve or correct the operations
c) 首件检验的发起并保证按照相关要求进行首件检验。Initiate FAI and Ensure FAI been done according to the related requirements
6.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
7.公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.

任职资格:
Above college.大专以上学历.
More than two years experience of working in workshop. Be familiar with production process具备两年以上生产型车间工作经验，熟悉生产流程
Wire & Cable production. 线束生产知识
Knowledge of MDP document Drawing such as 2D, 3D绘图软件2D,3D知识
knowledge of MDP文件知识
Have good English skills in reading and writing. 较好的英语读写能力
Skilled in Office Software. Be good at communication.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，良好的沟通能力
Problem analyzing & solving skills (8D, 5-Why methodology). 问题分析与解决的能力（8D，5个为什么的方法论）
Knowledge about tooling for manufacturing.生产工具相关知识 举报 分享
