1. 协助财务经理编制年度财务预算，和各部门进行沟通，收集各部门成本费用信息，进行审核检查和更新。
Assist financial manager to make annual budget, communicate with relative department, collect the cost by code, check, review it, and update information in time.
2. 协助财务经理每月财务预测，收集并审阅生产工时、发货工时、员工人头数、工资费用、其他成本费用，并和年度预算和上月预测对比，和相关部门沟通差异较大数据，提高预测的准确性。
Assist financial manager make rolling forecast , collecting production hour , shipping hour , FTE ,salary and the other cost by code ,make comparison of annual budget and previous forecast , communicate with relative Department for the deviation, improve the accuracy of forecast
3. 预测固定资产投资，和各部门沟通，并每月更新信息。
To forecast annual investment, communicate with other department, and update it monthly.
4. 整理完善固定资产投资的申请，并在系统里进行输入和状态跟踪。
Make application of investment, and put in into system.
5. 准备GKN 税务报表及将最终报告上传到Hyperion 系统里。
Assist financial manager finish tax- package in Hyperion
6. 协助财务经理按照GRIP的要求，识别并完善不合格项，以确保公司的经营业务符合GRIP 的准则。
Assist financial manager identify and completion of defect according to GRIP , closing open items and make sure the company business align with GRIP requirement .
7. 收集成本费用和相关参数信息，对财务报告按项目进行收入成本利润分析。
Collecting Cost and the relative parameter, analysis of revenue cost EBIT by each programme .
任职要求：
√ 大学专科以上学历
Junior college degree or above
√ 财务会计相关专业
Finance major relevant
√ 五年以上会计工作经验, 二年以上财务分析及预测预算经验
At least 5 years working experience as an accountant， at least two years working for financial analysis and Forecast /budget
√ 具有生产制造业的财务工作经验
Have experience in manufacture company .
√ 会计证
Accounting entry certificate
√ 熟练财务系统的各个模块，精通ERP 系统
Be familiar with all module of financial system and proficiency of ERP .
√ 熟练使用各种办公软件, 尤其是Word、Excel and PPT .
Be familiar with office software, especially Word & excel and PPT
√ 良好的英语口语和读写能力
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
√ 熟悉企业的内控流程，有内控经验作为优势
