DSI Shanghai, as a new purchasing facility of DSI, will act the eyes and ears of DSI in China and take over the bulk of negotiations with suppliers, assist with logistics, do quality control, inspections as required, assist in problem resolution, etc. It will all be grateful for a DSI-only resource on the ground there.
