浙江海达国际文教有限公司于2004年12月经浙江省工商管理局批准正式注册成立，具有国家外国专家局颁发的（A3代理类）外国专家派遣资质以及劳务派遣、人才中介、国家外专局人才信息研究中心颁发的外籍语言教师（英语类）职业培训资质（TEFL IN CHINA）等国家行政许可。业务涵盖外籍文教专家代理，高端经济技术人才引进，国际教学课程输出，中外合作办学，TEFL IN CHINA培训等。
  公司的历史可追溯到1994年,其前身为浙江省教育国际交流协会外国专家服务部,专职为高校提供外籍文教专家以及入境后的服务管理工作,二十年来公司致力于中国教育国际化事业,并建立起一支经验丰富、学术扎实,热爱中国教育事业的外籍师资队伍,历年来累计引进2000余名外籍专家至二百余家单位工作,其中23名专家取得市级、省级外籍专家友谊奖等荣誉。合作的教育机构,高等院校比例占15%,初高中、职业学校占40%,基础教育及国际幼儿园占比45%。
  北京、苏州、成都、深圳、厦门等地设立分公司和子公司。服务范围覆盖北京上海,浙江,江苏,四川,广东,福建七省市及周边省市。杭州分公司、深圳分公司、成都分公司、北京分公司已经在与教育局开展国际教育合作;公司海外办事处分布于美国、英国、澳洲、加拿大等地,其中海外合作机构30多家。

   Zhe Jiang Haida International Education Co , Ltd was officially registered capital by Zhe Jiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce in December , 2004 . We have the national administrative license of foreign experts dispatch issued by the national administration of foreign experts affairs ( A3 ) , labor dispatch , recruitment agency , foreign language teachers ( mainly English ) professional training ( TEFL IN CHINA ) issued by the research center for recruitment information of the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs . Our business covers the dispatch of foreign educational experts , the recruitment of high-end economic and technological talents , the output of international teaching courses , Sino-foreign cooperative education and TEFL IN CHINA training , etc .
   Our company's history can be traced back to 1994 . Formerly known as the foreign expert service department of Zhejiang International Education exchange association , our main focus . then was to provide foreign educational experts and post-entry service management . Over the past 20 years , our company has been committed to the internationalization of education in China , and established a team of foreign teachers with strong experience , solid academic knowledge and a passion for developing a career in education in China . Over the years , more than 2,000 foreign experts have been introduced to more than 200 organizations , of which 23 have won friendship awards for foreign experts at municipal level and provincial level . 15 % of the education institutions which we are cooperating with are colleges or universities , 40% of them are high schools or vocational schools , 45 % o of them are enlightenment education institutions or international kindergartens .
   We have also set up branches and subsidiaries in Beijing , Suzhou , Chengdu , Shenzhen and Xiamen etc . Our services cover seven provinces and cities including Beijing , Shanghai Zhejiang , Jiangsu , Sichuan , Guangdong , Fujian and their neighboring provinces and cities . Haida Hangzhou , Shenzhen , Chengdu and Beijing Branches are cooperating with the Education Bureau in international education . Our company's overseas offices are located in the United States , the United Kingdom , Australia , Canada and elsewhere , including more than 30 overseas agencies who are in cooperation with us .
