2、安排面试，跟进人员面试结果，确定录用人员，建立面试人员信息库；
3、利用有效的资源和渠道进行日常招聘；
4、完成公司制定的年度、月度招聘任务；
5、招聘效益分析，评估招聘途径的有效性，渠道来源、到场率、通过率等。


【任职资格】：
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，有教育行业工作经验优先考虑；
2、1-2年招聘相关实习或工作经验，沟通表达能力强，思维活跃，沟通能力佳；
3、良好的工作心态，抗压能力强；
4、热爱招聘工作，良好的团队合作精神。

工作时间：朝九晚六，做五休二（周末双休）

   Zhe Jiang Haida International Education Co , Ltd was officially registered capital by Zhe Jiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce in December , 2004 . We have the national administrative license of foreign experts dispatch issued by the national administration of foreign experts affairs ( A3 ) , labor dispatch , recruitment agency , foreign language teachers ( mainly English ) professional training ( TEFL IN CHINA ) issued by the research center for recruitment information of the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs . Our business covers the dispatch of foreign educational experts , the recruitment of high-end economic and technological talents , the output of international teaching courses , Sino-foreign cooperative education and TEFL IN CHINA training , etc .
   Our company's history can be traced back to 1994 . Formerly known as the foreign expert service department of Zhejiang International Education exchange association , our main focus . then was to provide foreign educational experts and post-entry service management . Over the past 20 years , our company has been committed to the internationalization of education in China , and established a team of foreign teachers with strong experience , solid academic knowledge and a passion for developing a career in education in China . Over the years , more than 2,000 foreign experts have been introduced to more than 200 organizations , of which 23 have won friendship awards for foreign experts at municipal level and provincial level . 15 % of the education institutions which we are cooperating with are colleges or universities , 40% of them are high schools or vocational schools , 45 % o of them are enlightenment education institutions or international kindergartens .
