1.负责项目和外教管理服务及开发工作，按照学校要求进行外教匹配；

2.独立完成客户寻找，需求确认，方案制定，直至签单；

3.建立和健全客户资料档案；

4.做好客户的回访工作，调研、了解市场动态，及时反馈公司；

5.协助完成外教的面试，***等派遣工作，协助处理外教、学校与公司之间的矛盾；

6.配合教学管理部完成年度教学考评任务；

7.按照合同催收款项；

8.对外教进行评课评估，及时汇报教学管理部门和学校；

9.分公司总助、区域项目管理负责人培养对象。

任职资格：

1.***、大专以上学历，教学类、管理类优先、市场营销相关专业毕业优先、欢迎优秀应届毕业生。

2.具有1年及以上销售实战经验，教育相关行业销售经历工作者尤佳；

3.英语口语精通能与外教进行日常沟通、有驾照、会开车。

4.具备一定的社会资源，较强的沟通协调能力；

5.有较高的合同谈判和团队合作能力；

6.热爱销售工作，有责任心、能够承受较强的工作压力。

We have the national administrative license of foreign experts dispatch issued by the national administration of foreign experts affairs ( A3 ) , labor dispatch , recruitment agency , foreign language teachers ( mainly English ) professional training ( TEFL IN CHINA ) issued by the research center for recruitment information of the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs . Our business covers the dispatch of foreign educational experts , the recruitment of high-end economic and technological talents , the output of international teaching courses , Sino-foreign cooperative education and TEFL IN CHINA training , etc .
   Our company's history can be traced back to 1994 . Formerly known as the foreign expert service department of Zhejiang International Education exchange association , our main focus . then was to provide foreign educational experts and post-entry service management .
