RTS (Restaurant Technology Services LLC) was formed in 2007, we professionally provide IT support service to McDonald’s restaurants world-wide. We and our predecessor have a 25+ year history working with the McDonald’s system.

We focus on improving the overall health of McDonald’s system, providing IT support services that include Help Desk services, problem management to diagnose and resolve root cause issues, remote monitoring, self help tools and asset management.
