Main Accountability:
·？？？？？？？Provide business and functional analysis to create product requirement specifications for the in-house
enterprise application system.
·？？？？？？？Acquire good business domain knowledge of responsible areas by documenting current business process and providing recommended solutions for future business processes.
·？？？？？？？Assist project stakeholders to ensure IT deliverables that would satisfy business requirements and would achieve anticipated business benefits.
·？？？？？？？Participate in system roll out planning, coordinate with IT support teams, and conduct training to global end users.
·？？？？？？？Work with key project members e.g., project manager, developers, QA to help them understand business requirements and the processes, to ensure finished product complies with users and business specifications.
·？？？？？？？？Verify the testing plan /scenarios prepared by implementation team; conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the product developed supports the business use cases.

Qualification:
·？？？？？？？？Bachelor’s degree in a related field, major in Computer Science related.
·？？？？？？？Minimum 2 years of experience in business system analysis.
·？？？？？？？？Strong logical thinking, analysis, and summary ability, able to deeply participate in product design, research and
development discussions and system implementation.
·？？？？？？？？Strong executive ability, excellent cross-departmental communication, and coordination ability to promote
problem solving.
·？？？？？？？？Good command of spoken and written English, CET-6 is an advantage.
·？？？？？？？？Proactive, responsible, and good team player.
·？？？？？？？？Application development experience in Web or Data analysis is an advantage, with agile development experience preferred.
