Shannxi Huazhong Economic and Technical Research Institute is an integrated service platform ranging from researching, consulting, planning, designing to engineering as a whole system. Its business includes research on regional strategy, project consulting and planning, industry planning, urban and rural planning, various special planning, architectural designing, municipal engineering designing, engineering constructing, bidding business and model making so and so forth.
