职位描述：
Requirements;
- Experience: More than 5 years experience in BCM design and validation.
- Good experience in analog /digital hardware design and mechanical design.
- Professional experience in EE component development & validation.
- Ability to use oscilloscope / CAN case to do failure analysis
- Experience in electronic and mechanical component analysis and selection.
- Familiarity with design and manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of part testing (electrical, environmental, and stress testing) and its distinction from assembly level and end item testing.
- Knowledge of or ability to research a device manufacturer's product offering and part numbering convention and understand the product definition / specifications defined by this convention.
- Knowledge of different manufacturers / suppliers offerings as "equivalent" or "similar" parts and differences in performance and material specifications / attributes.
- Familiar with Vehicle E/E architecture is preferred.
- Release correct BCM component development requirements, including technical specification, timing milestone requirements, samples delivery requirements, validation requirements.
- Manage BCM development requirement analysis report status, by using open issue list to monitor all open points.
- Manage BCM development & manufacture status, including hardware, software & mechanical development, need periodical meeting with supplier to manage timing, update workplan including software release plan and related open issues.
- Be able to manage supplier for fix issues.
- Provide vehicle launch support at plant: BCM related trouble shooting, issue investigation.
- Warranty issue investigation and solving support for all time.
- Ensure deliverables on time and with high quality.
- Supplier management skills, Lead technical review meeting with supplier.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Good communication ability in English.
- Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.

- 熟悉模块的设计和生产环境。
- 有配件测试的经验（包括电子电器， 环境，压力测试），以及与组装件和最终产品的差异。
- 有研究设备制造商的产品效能和配件的编号规定，以及配件在这一规定下的定义和规格方面的知识能力。
- 了解不同制造商和供应商提供的相似或可互相替换的配件的性能，材料规格、属性的区别。
- 熟悉汽车电子电器体系的优先考虑。
- 制作汽车控制模块的研发要求，包括技术要求，时间节点要求，样品寄送要求和审核要求。
- 通过开口问题清单监督所有的不符合项来管理BCM的研发要求分析报告状态。
- 管理BCM的研发和生产状况，包括硬件，软件和机械研发。定期跟供应商沟通关于时间和跟新工作计划表（软件发布计划和相关的不符合项）的管理工作。
- 沟通供应商修正出现的问题。
- 提供试车支持：发现BCM相关问题和问题调查，及时提供解决方案。
- 确保配件的质量和实效性。
- 良好的供应商管理能力，组织技术审核会议。
- 良好的书面及口头表达能力。
- 良好的英语交流能力。
