职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. Editing, optimizing and review process card technical files.
工艺卡技术文件：编辑、优化、审核；
2. Provide onsite technical and process support, train and lead employee to operate.
对生产现场提供技术工艺支持，培训指导员工操作；
3. Coordinate production department during the process of station balance activity.
协调生产部在工位平衡活动过程中；
4. Responsible for new product introduction, tool configuration, and assist the construction of assembly line.
 负责新产品导入、工具配置，协助生产线建设；
5. Better and optimize the process capability to improve product quality and performance.
负责各工序能力的优化改善，提高产品性能与质量；
6. Report progress to the person in charge.
 向负责人汇报进度.

Job requirements:
1. College or above, Vehicle Engineering, machinery related major.
专科以上学历，车辆工程、机械相关专业；
2. At least 3 years’ experience in automotive.
 3年以上汽车行业经验；
3. Rich process technology development experience is required, and with process management experience in car OEM factory or tier one supplier is preferred.
具备丰富的工艺技术开发经验，有大型汽车制造业工艺管理经验优先。 举报 分享
