职位描述：
- Around 3 years’ experience in vehicle plant for painting process
- 3年左右汽车涂装工艺工作经验
- Bachelor or above
- 本科以上学历
- Good knowledge of painting workshop process,painitng quality control (Anti-corrosion, Appearance, Color)
- 熟悉涂装车间工艺，涂装质量控制抗腐蚀，表面以及颜色
- For equipment engineer, who must be Skilled on Painting robot trajectory creation and optimizing (FANUC Robot) and control automation
- 设备工程师需要熟悉机器人轨迹的创建以及优化（FANUC机器人）和自动化控制
- To study the process equipment feasibility base on new vehicle project launch
- 新项目启动工艺设备可行性分析
- Responsible for the development of process equipment (RFQ,PN,Detailed design, try out and acceptance)
- 工艺设备开发RFQ，PN，设计，调试以及验收
- To adjust the equipment to adapt new project and existed project
- 为新项目以及现有项目设备调试
- To create or optimize PFMEA, CTF, Control Plan link to painting process
- 创建或优化涂装工艺PFMEA, CTF以及控制计划
- To create or optimize the Process card, ECR and IDR
- 创建或优化工艺卡，ECR and IDR
- Take charge of new material development
- 新材料开发
- Excellent at English. Can work in English
