职位描述：
Energy VTS set up & Mass Development
Fuel Economy Development/ Test Evaluation
Drive Quality Development/ Test Evaluation
Balance Drivability requirements against Fuel Economy Requirements
Use analytical models to verify Drive Quality & FE performance capability
Qualification:
Master of Science within mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
Experience of Mass/Fuel Economy/Drive Quality engineering development and testing in automotive industry, at least 10 years.
Familiar with hybrid system development is preferred
Experience of target setup and mass development.
Experience of performance conflict management.
Use analytical models to verify Drive Quality performance capability (prefer AVL cruise or Matlab simulink).
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good at subjective evaluation capability drive quality
Good personal character and willing to travel
Willing to share knowledge with local team
