职位描述：
主要职责:
1. 执行公司招聘方面的战略，确保招聘需求能够及时有效的得到满足。
2. 协助制定、执行公司年度培训计划，确保公司人员能够得到有效的培训和发展。
3. 协助执行公司对员工各个周期的管理要求，比如入职、职业发展、调职、终止劳动关系、工伤、工时制管理等。确保所有环节均被执行，并且记录清楚。
4. 管理员工福利、社会保险、住房公积金、员工档案、补充医疗保险等。
5. 维护公司的人事管理系统，及时更新员工数据，确保人力资源系统内数据的稳定性和正确性。解决系统使用过程中出现的问题。
6. 协助人力资源经理在规定的时间内完成相关的人力资源项目，例如员工满意度调查、满意度调查行动计划以及其他的改进项目。
7. 根据人力资源经理或其他部门的需要提供各种人力资源报告、证明等。
8. 支持米诺华、HONCE以及OBQ等业务单位在人力资源方面的需求。
9. 其他人力资源部的相关事务性工作。

要求：
1. 本科学历
2. 具备相关工作经验者优先
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力

Orica (Weihai –OEW) have two factories and their related infrastructure on a green fields site in the village of Gushan, Weihai, Shandong Province. These facilities will include an “Exel” non-electric detonator plant of 14 million units capacity and a Powergel explosive plant of 3000 tonnes capacity. OEW got the SGS ISO9001:2000 certification in 2006 . Eight years after OMS entry into China, OEW has developed its business with over 200 employees serving over 140 domestic customers in open cut mines, underground non-coal mines, quarries and constructions.
