职位描述：
招聘职位：爆破服务工程师

主要工作职责：
1. 负责爆破项目的技术工作，包括技术审核，孔网参数设计，爆破设计，指导现场施工，及质量审核，提出并改进现场安全计划，调查客户报怨，向客户提交分析报告书；
2. 现有客户维护管理。定期的客户回访，识别客户现场变化及应用产品中关注的问题；识别新的商务机会，编写并提交项目建议书；
3. 新客户产品试验。对客户进行产品与技术培训，以便于客户更好的理解与应用产品。通过优化爆破模型，实现双方认可的关键绩效指标如安全管理、降低振动、优化爆破块度及降低综合成本等方式传递澳瑞凯的价值；
4. 新客户开发。通过客户现场拜访与沟通，辨识潜在客户范围，采集客户现场信息包括爆破参数、问题与需求等，编辑并提交项目建议书。

职位需求：
1.大学本科学历
2.具有 “爆破工程技术人员安全作业证”；
3.采矿及爆破相关工作经验；

OEW got the SGS ISO9001:2000 certification in 2006 . Eight years after OMS entry into China, OEW has developed its business with over 200 employees serving over 140 domestic customers in open cut mines, underground non-coal mines, quarries and constructions.
