Intelligent Lighting Products (iLP) is an internal business unit of Gerard Lighting Group and is core to the Groups strategy to develop products that are compatible with recognised control and monitoring systems as well as being energy efficient. iLP is responsible for delivering technology solutions into the Group such as LED technology, Sensors, Lighting Control Systems, Emergency Lighting and other emerging technologies.
It is Gerard Lighting's objective to source 20% of revenue from technology related products within the next five years.
Pivotal to the Group's ability to deliver innovative lighting solutions is an extensive network of research and development teams. Located in Adelaide, Sydney and Gosford in Australia as well as Shenzhen in China, these dedicated engineering teams specialise in lighting, electronic and electrical design; and they are leaders in their fields of expertise. Research and development will continue to remain a high priority, with the Group aiming to continually invest in support of product design and innovation.
