职位描述:
1. Order management and VRZ (working load 40%)
1) Assist Export team to follow up BGI orders, and expedite orders with vendors when necessary, and achieve the targets of fill rate and on time delivery percentage.
2) Assist to have Order Management Performance Evaluation to the main BGI suppliers and factories.
3) Assist to monitor the VRZ activities of vendors and forwarders.
4) Assist to conduct VRZ training to new vendors when needed.
5) Help improve the accuracy of the VRZ data.
2. Finance administration (working load 30%)
1) Manage and log all detail financial sheets and receipts well with finance agent and our team in our system including the balance sheets for our Kunshan, Weihai and Dongshan office etc, and all balance data are kept accurately and can match the actual data in our bank account;
2) Handle all the payments to suppliers and expense claim for our employee on time;
3) Monitor finance agent to declare our tax on time and check the tax calculation carefully to make sure the result is absolutely correct, and provide the monthly statement to our US finance on time, and report each month’s bank statement to US finance department timely.
3. Compliance and CAP (working load 30%)
1) Send the approved audit report to each factory on time.
2) Update and keep all qualification documents of each factory in the system.
3) Log and update the audit status of all new factories in the system timely.
4) Log and maintain the compliance status of all existing factories.
5) Send audit result report to all new and existing factories on time once they are approved.
6) Issue CAP to the approved and conditional accepted new factories and existing factories together with audit result report, and request factories to finish and return CAP on time.
7) Closely follow up the correction status of each factory basing on BGI CAP plan
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. 2 to 3 years experiences for the finance administration, order and compliance document follow up and system management etc.
2. College degree required, 4 year college degree preferred
3. Desire and ability to learn new business and operation knowledge.
4. Ability to handle working pressure and meet multiple demands.
