职位：高级软件工程师

岗位职责

1. 按照分派的任务设计产品组件和用户界面；
2. 撰写功能和技术规格说明书；
3. 根据项目计划实施任务；
4. 开发和测试产品组件；
5. 确保产品组件的质量；
6. 根据具体的工作要求完成其他任务；

交付内容

1. 系统设计
2. 系统实施
3. 单元测试
4. 系统文档（例如：技术交接文档 等）

任职要求
获得计算机科学、计算机工程或信息管理等相关专业学士学位。

工作经验
1. 4 年以上软件开发经验；
2. 2 年以上使用 JAVA 和 J2EE 的经验；

知识、技能与能力
1. 熟悉 Struts；
2. 熟悉 OOA、OOD 和 UML；
3. 熟悉 HTML、JavaScript 和 XML。
4. 熟悉 Oracle 或 SQL Server；
5. 拥有 Web 应用程序用户界面设计相关经验；
6. 精通基于 JAVA 的 n-Tiered 架构和基于组件的开发。
7. 注重细节，良好的解决问题的能力。
8. 积极主动、勇于在不断变化的环境中迎接挑战，不断历练自己。
9. 良好的人际沟通、组织协调和展示能力，能够与产品管理和开发团队高效协作。
10. 熟悉不同的操作系统、客户端/服务器系统以及基于 Web 的应用程序。
11. 优秀的英文水平（书面和口语），懂粤语尤佳。

Postion :Senior Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Designing product components and user interface as assigned;
2. Writing functional and technical specifications;
3. Implementing tasks according to project plans;
4. Developing and testing product components;
5. Ensuring quality of product components;
6. Performing other tasks as required by Management.

Deliverable

1. System Design
2. System Implementation
3. Unit Testing
4. System documentation (e.g. skill transfer docs. Etc.)

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management.

Working Experience
1. 4+ years in Software Development.
2. 2+ years using JAVA and J2EE.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Knowledge of Struts is required.
2. Knowledge of OOA, OOD and UML is required.
3. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and XML is required
4. Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server is required.
5. Experience in Web-application user interface design.
6. Sound understanding of JAVA based n-Tiered Architecture and Component-Based development.
7. Acute attention to detail and reliable problem solving abilities.
8. Self starter with the desire to grow and excel in a dynamic environment.
9. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with people in product management and development.
10. Familiar with different Operating systems, client/server system, and web based applications
11. Good English skill (both written and oral) is required, cantonese skill is a definite plus.
