Business operation includes department stores, home improvement stores, a supermarket chain, a bank, shopping centers, insurance and travel agencies, and its own credit card. Falabella has set up a buying office in Shanghai that takes care of the follow up process of orders placed in Asia. Falabella needs to build up a professional and committed team.
