MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To establish tooling purchasing needs (based on development and project production volumes) of all DEC projects in line with each OEM requirement.
? To negotiate with tooling suppliers and develop partnership programs with suppliers.
? To establish and maintain the tooling supplier cost break model .Make the cost breakdown comparison / analysis among suppliers
? Keep the tooling price in line with the market level and ensure to fulfill the price target
? To source and select qualified tooling suppliers in close cooperation with Tooling Engineers & project managers.
? Reinforce tooling supplier contracts (incl. yearly cost down, quality matrix, legal, code of conduct) in line with Global Autoneum purchasing.
? To update payment plan monthly and deal with payment application issue
? To establish, maintain and update Supplier List , Tool Cost Database
? To maintain all contracts signed with tool suppliers.
? To carry out Supplier Ranking System and estimate suppliers’ performance yearly.
? To conduct procurement marketing in the routine manner and make full use of max. possibilities on tooling market in terms of price, quality, development collabaration.
? To take commerical and juristic responsibilities for tooling purchasing contracts.
? To establish other small tools/fixtures/engineering service PO for Engineering department.
? Keep close contact with finance and purchasing in plants to deal with tool payment and contracts related issues.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering
? At least 2 year experience in the project purchasing function with the automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
? Profound knowledge of PC applications
? Familiar with international commerce conventions and contracts (incl. yearly cost down, quality matrix, legal, code of conduct).
? Knowledge of industry costing of raw materials, purchased parts, tooling and equipment, strong know-how in cost analysis and benchmarking
? High integrity, strategic thinker, responsible and self-confident
? Self initiative, very strong team-oriented behavior and communication skills
? Excellent command of Business English is a plus
? Willing to travel
