岗位描述：
1、全面负责公司日常质量管理工作，制定并监督质量目标的完成情况.跟进整改措施。
2、负责零部件/原材料进厂、产品/模具的制造及成品出厂检验过程中的质量监督和控制。
3、负责新材料、新技术、新工艺的工作，研究和解决生产中的重大技术问题。
4、负责编制供应商质量体系审核计划，并参与对供应商质量体系的评审。负责签订与供应商的技术质量协议和其他技术质量协议。
5、负责收集质量管理过程中的相关信息，进行整理、分析，并制定报告（质量报告,改进计划…），并为保持持续改进而实施相应的措施。
6、负责内部审核工作，制定审核计划，且按照内审计划和团队一起执行内部审核。组织团队成员一起为外部/客户审核准备，负责确保公司在外部/客户审核中取得好的结果。
7、新项目开发：
A.编制新项目质量文件，包括质量计划、检具操作SOP、外观质量标准等；
B.新项目试验认可计划及实施、编制报告；
C.样件检测，包括各阶段样件的检测并提交检测报告；
D.量产申请资料准备及提交审批，PPAP资料准备；
E.编制过程能力计划、实施测量并提过程能力报告；
F.组织开发阶段质量问题改进、向顾客提交相关的8D报告
8、负责部门内员工培训、考核管理工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械类, 模具等相关专业，年龄在30~45之间为佳。
2、熟悉IS09001和TS16949质量管理体系和质量管理工具，具有内审员资格 。
3、3年以上汽车行业设计开发或质量管理经验；
4、熟练使用计算机，会CATIA、CAD软件；
5、有良好的英语沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
