Position Focus工作职责:

1.Responsible for all Design related activities to allocated OEM.负责所有指定主机厂的设计相关工作

2.To visit customer as required.客户拜访

3.To attend OEM design kick off meetings.参加启动会议

4.To interpret the design requirements and select appropriate fabrics from already developed samples.解释设计要求，并从样品库挑选合适的面料

5.To create new designs using CAD to suit the customer design brief.用CAD设计新的样品满足客户的设计理念

6.Responsible for the colour mastering process.负责样品的颜色封样事宜

7.Work with the Senior Engineer and OEM cell to ensure fit for purpose product.与高级工程师和整个OEM团队紧密合作实现产品任务

8.Must keep informed on Trends in the market place – inclusive of Automotive, Fashion, Home Furnishing and Technology. 保持市场流行趋势的敏锐性，包括汽车、时装、家装和技术

9.Utilise WGSN, Art Galleries, Museums, Magazines etc to compile research.有效应用WGSN、艺术展、博物馆、杂志等实现素材的收集

10.Create mood/inspiration boards from this research. 转化成创造灵感

11.Use this Trend research to create an annual design collection. 转化成每年的设计流行趋势

12.Use this Trend research to produce a minimum of 3 new designs per week.每周创作至少3个新的设计

13.Assist in keeping the Global Textile Showrooms current.保持展示厅的不断更新

Education Background/Skills/Experiences
1.Bachelor degree or above major in Graphic Design or textile design. 平面设计或纺织品设计专业本科以上学历
2.minimum of 5 years experience in Textile design.。5年以上纺织品设计经验
3.Must be highly motivated and capable of seeking out own design inspiration.
具备发现设计灵感的能力和内在动能
4.Creative – must demonstrate a flare and passion for design, pattern, texture, touch.富有创造力——必须具备对设计，花型，组织，手感等的激情和能力
5.Excellent colour vision required。较好的色彩搭配感
6.Good command of speaking and writing English. 优秀的英语说写能力

       Lear Fabric was established in Aug.2008, a ration for Lear corporation and New trend group is 75%:25%.
      Today the new company basically supplies all Chinese OEM’s, with a 12% share of the domestic auto cloth trim market in 2007 and 15% in 2008 , in 2009 and 2010 was 17% and 19% respectively, in a stable continued improvement trend, 2011 already arrived at 20%.
