？ Develop and manage the network of distributors, customers and other partners that constitute the infrastructure of the business of Osborne in the assigned region. Focus on optimizing the current key distributor network and developing new distributors/wholesalers for key brands in portfolio, which need to be complementary to the existing distributors.
？ Carry out the sales activities and events necessary to fulfill the distributor’s sales objectives, promotion plans, communication and marketing.
？ Coordinate with the Trade Manager to understand the Region’s overall trade development plan and objectives, in order to expand the market share and enhance the market position for key brands.
？ Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of sales, systems of work, costs, quality and results.
？ Constantly research and analyze market and competitor’s situation, proposing new alternatives adjusted to the assigned region in order to improve commercial actions, sales volume, promotions, communication, marketing or solutions to internal work systems.
？ Take (60%) responsibility of the regional sales target.
？ Report the commercial director.

？ Over 5 years of experience in FMCG industry in China.
？ At least 2-3 years sales experiences in premium food/W&S brands etc.
？ Strong commercial skills and strategic mind of developing/managing distribution network.
？ Strong communication and presentation skills
？ Chinese fluent, conversational English is preferred.
？ Result-oriented, dynamic and open-mind
？ Great team spirit
