• 使用Innotec模具流程，负责领导模具设计各方面工作，包括现在和新设计的注塑模具。50%时间用于模具工程师工作，50%时间用于模具设计师工作。

模具工程师的职责：

• 负责注塑模具的设计、制作、发布和审批工作。
• 通过定期会议和日常模具设计流程，指导、提升和利用Innotec模具设计师的技能。
• 能熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, project, SharePoint和OneNote创建和监控项目进度、状态报告和模具设计及构建过程的图表。
• 整合和分析财务数据，如模具报价、计划成本和实际成本比较，以达到财务目标。
• 提供创造性的替代方案和建议以降低模具成本。
• 推动对Innotec长期模具战略具有积极影响的工艺改进和研发计划。
• 对模具进行试用验证。
• 解决模具生产过程中产生的问题。
• 能够区分多个任务的优先级，识别风险区域，并提出备选解决方案。

工具设计师的职责：

• 为模具冷却模拟提供冷却通道概念。
• 识别可能导致生产质量问题的区域。
• 必要时开发或修正CAD零件模型。
• 从我们的CAD零件模型设计注塑模具。
• 熟练使用CAD软件设计3D模型和模具组件。
• 整合Innotec自动化设备与模具。
• 为模具供应商提供详细的BOM表。
• 参与模具设计评审，以改进产品的可制造性。

任职资格：

• 模具设计专业。
• 3 - 5年以上注塑模具设计经验者优先。
• 熟悉注塑成型工艺的模具设计。
• 熟练使用Solid Works软件者优先。
• 熟练使用英语，有效地在全球跨职能团队中工作(匈牙利、中国和美国)。
• 优秀的人际交往能力。
