For our Sourcing Office in Shanghai – we are looking for Technical and Social compliance Auditor Inspector.—QA The successful candidate will work closely with the merchandiser, sourcing manager and quality manager in Shanghai Office and buyer service and sourcing in Europe Office. The candidate will report directly to the Quality Supervisor and Sourcing Manger based in Shanghai.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach to his or her work and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations. We’re looking for a highly organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in terms of compliance, safety, durability and quality. A proven track record of experience is essential.

You will be expected to:
? Audit the manufacturing sites of our suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or in-house procedure
? Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to Tally Weijl.
? Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and Tally Weijl

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform technical and social audit
- Discuss audit results with those responsible for compliance and recommend necessary actions
- Working in collaboration with the factory to ensure proper social and technical standards and train the factory to well understand TW standards.
- Ensure the factory are in compliance with TW Code of conduct and local laws
- Implement corrective action plan and follow-up
- Daily report to the quality supervisor, sourcing and buyer about running factories
- Regulatory surveillance and update internal document and template accordingly

Your Profile:
It could be you, if you have:
? A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
? Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
? Work experience in 3rd party auditing
? Experience at a European (Western) buying house is an advantage
? Strong product knowledge and technical background is a must
? Organized, serious, flexible and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment
? Good communication skills, solution oriented and be proactive
? Must show Commitment, loyalty and integrity to the company. Has a very strong work ethic and act ethically every day on his daily job following company moral code.

It also helps if you:
? Are SA 8000 certified
? Have good command of English (spoken and written)
? Must have knowledge on MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet proficiency
