职位描述

工作内容:
汇报对象:大中华区总经理/中国及西班牙总部的销售&市场总监
-制定并实施符合全球品牌战略的电子商务、社交媒体和数字营销计划。
-开发、协商及有效地管理合作伙伴、团队和服务供应商,以确保利益、品牌建设和消费者满意度最大化。
-管理电子商务、社交媒体平台和网站,以及支持新的数字商务。
岗位职责:
-负责管理公司电子商务的运营战略和规划,包括SEO、SEM、直销和销售计划。
-与各业务部门的销售和市场总监合作,协调执行公司的品牌指导方针、全球商业政策和其他营销活动。
-电子零售商:与销售团队紧密合作,在主要平台(淘宝/天猫和京东)控制和改善各渠道品牌形象。准备指导工具包,确保授权经销商的店铺中展现正确的品牌形象。
-通过数字媒体和社交媒体支持市场部执行品牌建设和媒介沟通策略。与市场经理紧密合作,设计和实施社交网络的品牌战略内容,品牌知名度和KOL计划;创造注重品牌价值的内容。
-制定B2C和CRM战略,与市场部门密切协调并实施。
-与广告公司和电子商务运营商一起跟进KPI报告。
-控制管理电商预算,确保及时执行所有计划和行程。
-维护和管理主要关系网络(电商平台,代理机构,KOL等..)。

任职要求:
-相关电子商务学位或同行业相关经验。
-5-8年的数字营销和电子商务相关职位的工作经验,对奢侈品/高档消费品,美食/高端餐饮行业感兴趣。
-深入了解新式的电子商务商业模式和数字营销基础,以及传统营销方面的知识经验。
-全面理解并知道最新的全球数字生态系统:电子商务/社交媒体/客户关系管理。
-有较强的理论结合实际的能力。积极主动,能与一个小团队合作。
-较强的组织和团队工作能力;优秀的口头和书面沟通能力;注重细节。表现出从营销的创造性方面到执行和分析方面,具有思维分析能力。
-在社交平台上有创造性的项目(能够提供相应案例的链接)。具有公司领域相关的各种社交网络平台的知识。
-母语为普通话,精通英语(口语和书面)。能够中西文化融合。
-惯于使用详细和专业的报告系统。
Reports to: China Country Manager Sales & Marketing directors in China and Spain
- Formulate and implement e-commerce, social media and digital communication plans, aligned with the global brand’s strategy.
- Finding, negotiating and managing the partners, team and service providers that will make the activity possible, to ensure maximum profitability, brand building and consume satisfaction.
- Managing the portfolio of e-commerce and social media sites and websites, as well as supporting new digital business initiatives.


Duties and responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the digital marketing and communication plan for the company’s Corporate Sites social media & e-commerce platforms in China, including SEO, SEM, Direct Marketing and sales activation plan.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing directors of the different business units to coordinate the digital and e-commerce strategy with the company’s brand guidelines, global commercial policy and other marketing activities.
- e-retailers: work closely with the sales team to control and ameliorate the brand’s presence in the channel, on the key platforms (Taobao/Tmall and JD). Propose a toolkit to help implement the right image of the brand in the stores belonging to authorised distributors.
- Support Marketing department in the execution of the brand building and communication strategy through digital and social media. Working closely with the local Marketing managers, design and implement the brand’s content strategy, brand awareness and KOL plan for social networks; collaborate in creating brand contents focusing on brand values.
- Develop a B2C and CRM strategy, leading the implementation in close coordination with marketing departments.
- Follow-up and reporting of the results and KPIs, together with digital agencies and e-commerce operators.
- Organize, control and measure the e-commerce budget, while assuring the timely execution of the plans and calendars.
- Maintain and manage relationship with key contacts in e-commerce (e-commerce platforms, agencies, KOL, etc…).


Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5-8 years of total work experiences in digital marketing and e-commerce related functions in an in-house position, ideally for a luxury/premium consumer brands, with passion for gourmet food and Beverage/ high-end dinning industry.
- In depth and up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce business models and digital marketing fundamentals. Knowledge and experience in traditional marketing is welcomed.
- Thorough and up-to-date understanding of the global digital ecosystem: e-commerce/social media/CRM.
- Ability to combine a strategic mindset with hands-on approach. Proactive and able to work with a small team.
- Strong organizational and team work skills; excellent oral and written communications; detail-oriented. Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to execution and analysis, able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media (able to provide links as examples). Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s fields.
- Native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English (spoken and written). Able to combine both Chinese and Western cultures.
- Accustomed to a detailed and professional reporting system.
