职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 编制及完成招商运营部的工程量计量、审核及项目估价；
2 与成本团队一起根据已完成工作进展，准备商业部的ERP付款确认、变更确认等；
3 收集材料、设备及供应商价格等并按时更新数据资料；
4 成本部日常行政事务；
5 完成上级领导完成的其他工作。
任职条件：
1 本科或以上学历，成本管理或合约（商业类）；
2 3年以上商业地产或营销领域相关经验；
3 有招商运营相关经验；
4 熟悉项目、合同、预算、定额及承包管理知识；
5 有良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力，爱岗敬业，踏实勤奋；
6 有较强的口语和书面语表达能力。 举报 分享
